Pride women's volleyball adds transfer setter Reece Fleming to 2024 signing class

DUBUQUE, Iowa - Nearing the end of the 2023-24 academic year, the Clarke University women's volleyball team and head coach Chris Miron are excited to announce the addition of Reece Fleming to the 2024 women's volleyball signing class.

""Reece has demonstrated a high level of play," Miron said. "She is clearly a consistent setter during in-system plays but, we were especially impressed with her ability to turn out-of-system plays into offensive points. Reece hustles so hard on the court to give attackers the best chance possible chance to score. She is very comfortable and confident as a leader on the floor."

Fleming, a Hagerman, Idaho native, is a 5-9 setter and will join the Pride after two seasons at Dawson Community College in Glendive, Mont. where she led the Bucaneers in assists for the 2023 season with 754 over 97 sets played in 25 matches after a freshman season where she had 195 assists in 44 sets as a freshman.

Beyond her two seasons at Dawson, Fleming played volleyball, softball, and basketball at Gooding High School in Idaho, earning All Conference honors in all three sports while also being a member of Honor Society and student body president.

Fleming will join the 2024 class that includes Kaelyn Minich and Jenna Lewis that will begin their tenure with Clarke women's volleyball starting in August.
