Bio

Brett Tudela makes his jump to the Pride from fellow NAIA institution Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Ky., where he worked as the Assistant Sports Information Director for three years from 2018 until the most recent season of 2020-21.

While at Campbellsville, Tudela either assisted or led the sports information efforts for most of the school's 31 athletic programs. He most recently led all, social media, website, photo, and video coverage for the Tigers at the men's and women's golf NAIA National Championships where the Tiger men came in fifth and individual Gracie Parrott won the individual National Championship.

Prior to his work at Campbellsville, Tudela held sports information or media coordination jobs at three different locations from the fall of 2015 to the summer of 2018.

After graduating with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Ill., he served as an Athletics Public Relations Assistant at SMU in Dallas, Texas for the 2015-16 season where he worked with women's cross country, track and field, and women's tennis.

Returning back to his alma mater in 2016-17, Tudela worked as a part-time assistant at NIU as the primary contact for the women's soccer team for two seasons, the baseball team for one season, and the men's golf team in the fall of 2017.

His last stop before landing his first full-time gig at Campbellsville was with the Rockford Rivets Baseball team in Rockford, Ill. where he worked as a ticket sales representative and media coordinator handing media relations duties and coordinating the student-intern led video broadcasts of all home games.

Brett and his wife, Kasombra, have three children, Lana, Clarke, and Miles.
