Josh Richter brings a wealth of coaching experience to Clarke University as the Esports Assistant Coach, joining the staff in the winter of 2024.

With a decade of high school football coaching, three years of golf coaching, and a year in Esports, Josh's versatile background enhances player development and team dynamics. A graduate of AIB College of Business in 2005 with a Major in Sales Management, and the University of Iowa in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Josh combines his academic acumen with his passion for coaching.

His commitment to fostering growth extends beyond the gaming arena; he and his wife, Candice, returned to Bellevue from Des Moines in 2012 to raise their three sons, Parker, Tyson, and Jace, in the community they love. With Josh's dedication to both coaching and community, Clarke University's Esports program is poised for continued success.
