71 Pride Student-Athletes Earn Heart Scholar-Athlete Honors for 2024-25

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - In one of the final updates coming off of the 2024-25 athletic season, the Heart of America Athletic Conference announced the 24-25 Scholar-Athlete honorees with 71 Clarke University Student-Athletes earning the conference honor for their academic accomplishments.

The 71 Pride student-athletes represented every varsity sport for CU includes five individuals who represent two programs, so 75 total selections, as those eligible had to fit the following criteria to be honored:

- Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).

- Accumulated a minimum of 60 credit hours (undergraduate and/or graduate), completed at least 5 semesters and attended the nominating institution for at least two semesters prior to being nominated.

- Have documentation of the student-athlete participating in a varsity competition in the sport for which they are being nominated for.

Clarke athletics is nearing the start of the 2025-26 preseason as fall sport teams will report for preseason training next week with the first varsity regular season contests slated for Aug. 21 when men's soccer opens on the road at Judson and women's soccer opens up at Burrows Field against St. Thomas.
