Camryn Stefanini has been voted on by the Clarke Community as the Pride Male Athlete of the Week for the athletic week that started on Monday, Feb. 16 and wrapped up on Sunday, Feb. 22.

Stefanini received 26 percent of the vote in a poll sent out to Clarke's campus for his recognition within the Heart of America Athletic Conference as the men's bowling Newcomer of the Year in the Heart as well as being a All-Heart Honorable Mention selection.

The sophommore transfer from Midland earned those season recognitions in large part due to his season-long performance on the lanes where he averaged 191.511 pins per game, finishing three tournaments with an average over 200 pins per game and five tournaments over that 191.511 average.

He produced a pair of top-25 tournament finishes on the year, including a 22nd place finish at the Five Seasons Classic on Nov. 1-2 and also finishing in 20th place at the Stout Open earlier in the season on Oct. 18-19.

Clarke bowling will continue into the postseason, being selected into the USBC Sectional competition in Addison, Ill. on Mar. 14-15.
