Anderson, S.C., native Morgan Bradford became just the second Clarke student-athlete to earn National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Track and Field All-American honors when she placed seventh in pole vault at the 2012 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Marion, Indiana. The four-time letterwinner was an NAIA indoor and outdoor national qualifier in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Bradford was the Midwest Collegiate Conference indoor and outdoor pole vault champion and indoor and outdoor all-conference honoree from 2009 through 2012. She was named Clarke’s MVP in 2011.
Bradford’s Clarke indoor and outdoor pole vault records still stand.
Bradford was the recipient of the Ed Colbert Athletics Career Achievement Award. The award is presented annually to a senior male and a senior female student-athlete in recognition of their outstanding career achievements in Clarke athletics.
A 2012 NAIA Scholar-Athlete, Bradford was a member of Clarke’s Dean’s List every semester and was a four-time academic all-conference honoree.
Bradford graduated magna cum laude and received her bachelor of science degree in athletic training in 2012 and her doctor of physical therapy degree in 2014.
Bradford has been employed by Amedisys Home Health since 2017.
Morgan currently resides in Anderson, S.C., with her husband, Michael Rush, and son, Asher.
