NAIA Scholar-Athletes Final for Winter 2023-24 Season
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Clear of the entire slate of championships in the 2023-24 winter sports season, Clarke University had 11 different student-athletes receive Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors for their work in the classroom.
The Pride compete in three different sports that are recognized as winter season sports due to the date of their championships as CU basketball, bowling, and cheerleading student-athletes met the following criteria to earn NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors this year.
"In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution."
